Community boozer. First rate hand pulled ales with a wide regularly changing choice. Bar food including very authentic home made pizzas. Friendly old fashioned atmosphere. Dog friendly. Lovely little back garden. What more do you want? Parking can be an issue but a short walk from an adjoining road is no problem.

Great pub, good atmosphere, good pub food and pizzas. Good beer and the customers have good tastes in music. Good juke box turns a good night into a great night out.

Excellent real ale pub offering a good selection of ales locally and further afield. Staff are great and always happy to serve with a very jovial atmosphere. Can get busy at weekends so get in early to secure a seat in the traditional bar or lounge area. Terraced outdoors which is good for summer. Highly recommended.
