Fantastic Service from the first phone call. A pre-installation visit to asses our needs. Oven, hob, hood (neff) and Fridge Freezer all delivered and fitted perfectly. The home service was great and everything competitively priced. Even refitted our washing machine integral door whilst here! Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic shop. Great staff always ready to help out and make the inconvenience of new appliances as painless as possible. Not only that but they have a friendly knowledgeable team to make the choice of the right tv, hifi or home audio system more achievable.

Michael R Peters ordered a specific cooker for me that they don't stock. Their communication was brilliant & they arranged delivery, installation & disposal of the old cooker & all packaging which all took place as promised. The price was competitive. Because of their customer service I will always use Michael R Peters instead of the big High Street names.

Went there for a cooker and hob. Brilliant customer service, they took their time with us and explained the various options in detail. Even the delivery men were good, they phoned to say that were on their way, we're very polite. Worth going there.

Excellent friendly staff in the difficult times, trying to compete with the big retailers and online shopping always a joy to go there, everyone's treated as a friend, with no high pressure sales.
