Bought a BMW 4 series from this dealership, with the vehicle being in immaculate condition as described on the website No pressure for a sale and was free to look around Andrea dealt with the process of part exchanging my old vehicle and was very knowledgeable dealing with my queries Later called regarding a problem of connecting my phone to the radio, which I later found out was a common issue and Stuart sorted it the same day. Very happy with the customer service. Will be looking here first for a future purchase.
Nice people to deal with. Purchased a car and dealt with James. Car developed a couple of faults within a month or so but James dealt with them and the issues were fixed as quickly as possible. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.
Superb car dealership and excellent customer service. My daughter bought her first car from here and the owner and staff could not have been more helpful. Two months later a headlight bulb needed replacement and my daughter she's careful with her money! returned the car under warranty to replace the bulb! And guess what? They DID replace the bulb whereas I suspect that most dealerships would have just said sort it out yourself! Highly recommended
Bought a small Suzuki from here a couple of weeks ago but it quickly became apparent that there were one or two issues with the vehicle. Called James regarding my concerns and the car was immediately accepted back and ALL the issues were dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently; just waiting for one small part from the local Suzuki dealership to be fitted shortly. Couldn't be more pleased with the car and the care and attention shown by James to make sure we are happy with our deal. Thoroughly recommended !!
Customer service at it's best. Before we even purchased a car, the advice and knowledge that was given was superb. The process was seamless and stress free. It maybe a while, but the next car purchase will definitely start with Hasbury motors.
Thankyou to Hasbury motors for an easy, stress free transaction for my first car! We looked and test drove two Citroen DS3s before we decided. They were more than happy to sort out a few requests we had before picking it up the following weekend including a new MOT. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again.
I was looking for a car & found my perfect car.... Peugeot RCZ at Hasbury Motors, Halesowen. Amazing service from start to finish, I was kept up to date throughout the whole process & staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definately recommend these to anyone.
Just Exchanged my small 108 Allure for a fantastic 3008 with low mileage and it took less than an hour to be on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better service and to know I can come back if there are issues in the next 3 months, that's great, as well as offering me support around the cambelt which will need replacing as advised due to age not mileage.
Need to keep your eyes open as it easy to miss as it's back from the road. But they are very helpful, and can even tax your car while you are there for you, and they make sure that the car is clean and tidy, washed, serviced and MOTet for you. I believe that l would have no trouble in recommending them at all.
Bought my first car from Stuart, he was very helpful and friendly, the entire process was very quick, including finance. Kept updated about the process the entire time. Thank you very much!
