Went today was seen by Adam and what can I say left happy he was very helpful and just made the transaction very smooth I’ve been to WBAC before and felt like they was just trying to rip me off but when Adam talked me through the process it and brought my car I left with very happy with the transaction thanks again Adam from merry hill wbac would defo recommend he deserves employee of the year with his level custom service that was given

Price offered does not resemble the price quoted online which is already accepted as being very low. Otherwise the experience was pleasant enough. Not too much fuss when I walked away from a bad deal. Can only give 1 due to the waste of time though. I expect any response will suggest the 'damage' being the reason for the difference. My opinion is when quoting for a 10 year old car, expect 10 years and 10k wear and tear. There's nothing a body shop wouldn't resolve in 1-2 hours not £1k worth.

This is the second time that we have sold to "We Buy any Car" Each time the process has been hassle free and excellent. A very fair price paid and swiftly. I would recommend going to the first. to them. On this latest occasion a chap named Sandy, "Merry Hill" was superb and made the whole process hassle free, Well done, there is nothing to be lost in trying them.

Excellent service. The website was easy to use. They offered the best price form a number of options. When we arrived at the kiosk, the vehicle inspection was really quick and easy and the paperwork did not take much longer. Was really happy that they paid the price quoted and did not try and haggle it down for every little scratch. Would use again.

I booked my appointment just an hour before. I went and was greeted by a lovely lady who assessed my car. I gave over all relevant details and the money was in my account in approx 3 hours. It was hassle free.
