My first car. A Fiat 500L. 2014 I was a bit dubious buying a car from a second hand car dealer, online, located hundreds of miles away. Paul was honest about the car in all communication, he kept us updated ever step of the way.  The car arrived this morning all the way from the West Midlands.  Serviced, new MOT, valeted.  Lovely delivery driver Jim. My husband took me for a drive, purely because I haven't had my first lesson yet, and the car drives like a dream.  I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone.  He has been in the family business for a lot of years and his reputation is important to him.  I'm so happy I with my car.

Paul Whatley cars  So I bought my car from Paul and his son. Both were absolutely amazing from the start, even the first phone call, couldn’t have been any nicer.  Spoke me through all the ins and outs of the car and what it was like, told me everything I needed to know to help with the decision.  So I decided to go and view the car even though it was in Stourbridge near birmingham and I’m based up in Glasgow.   Got to the garage and and was greeted by both Paul and his son with a very warm welcome, we had a little chat and e seemed a very genuine man, which made me feel a lot better about it all.  after a look round the beautiful car and making my mind up this is the one I wanted, his son Simon I believe even took me down to the post office and helped me all the way through with the new keeper slip and gettin the car taxed so I could drive away with no problems.  Had one slight issue with my rear differential which sent me into massive panic, so I phoned Paul as the car was under warranty, he could not have been any better with dealing with the situation and handling the repair for me, my car is now fixed and back on the road less than 4 days later!! Absolutely great customer service while purchasing the car and the best after sale service I have ever experienced buying anything at all.  just wanted to say a a massive thank you to Paul and his son for bein so accommodating through the whole situation

We bought an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from Paul @ Paul Whatley Cars Stourbridge, we saw the car on the internet and decided to pursue it looked like it was  great value for money and was exactly the specification we were looking for, we looked at the reviews and they were all excellent. We spoke to Paul about the car and he came across as honest, professional and like he cared about our purchasing decision, so we ordered the car and arranged for collection today. The car was in excellent condition and Paul was a pleasure to deal with and we can’t recommend him highly enough.

A great experience. Bought my first car from Paul only 2 days ago and I couldn’t fault him in anyway. A genuinely nice guy with a great selection of cars was very hard to choose. He didn’t make you feel like you had to buy the car unlike some who try forcing it down your throat.a quick process and no hidden fees. No issues with the car whatsoever and the condition of it was amazing for the price.  I’d definitely return when it comes to buying my next Alfa.

The best used car experience we’ve ever had. We recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulietta from Paul, who made the whole buying experience a breeze. Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the car, answered all our queries, test drove with us explaining all the features as we drove, and gave us a 3-month warranty for peace of mind…I cannot speak more highly of Paul and his showroom of Alfa’s. Highly recommend.
