Way too noisy and you don't get served at the bar the staff are quite rude and ignore you when you want to drink when I went there people falling over each other drunk and spewing all over the floors there was a person's to the door checking to see if people are underage that's the only good part about it that I was on not underage people going in but I wouldn't go in there again and the main problem for me is I've got a tumour in my hip and I can't climb the stairs and the downstairs loo was locked and I couldn't I waited outside the disabled toilet for about half an hour thinking that someone was in there but it turned out was locked and I couldn't get anyone to answer me at the bar to be able to get the key, in the end my friend had to help me try climb and the stairs and then get back down again without my leg giving way. If you want your hen night ruined go there. I'm never going there again, I have really damaged my hip because they don't care about the welfare of people with disabilities.

Ok. Handy for Theatre Royal as just across the road. Generic bar with average beers and drinks really. Decent amount of seating and standing spacious generally. Feels a little flat I think personally. You can buy decent single malts there but the staff place them in silly long drinks glasses.

Great atmosphere. We stayed for food. Enjoyed our evening. Food was good and waiting staff were always on hand if we needed anything .

Really great bar and fantastic food this is one of Newcastles best bars. I have never seen any kind of trouble all the staff are friendly. It gets really busy on weekends but you still have no problem getting served at the bar. Drinks aren't the cheapest but still not to bad. If you are going for a night in Newcastle I would definitely recommend this bar for anyone 25 and over its not a young kids bar
