Absolutely amazing service! I was looking for the perfect bike for my daughter - We found one by 'Specialized' and contacted Harry Hall Cycles to help us source the bike - Their customer service is second to no one, and their knowledge about bikes, biking equipment was really helpful. I am so glad we chose to use Harry Cycles to get the bike, these guys really know how to run a shop and look after their customers - Good honest people. The bike was also built by them and it has been put together with great care - Just outsanding service and awesome bikes - Thank you

Been in to have my Brompton serviced and a longer seat post, new seat, and everything was not too much trouble... Puncture was fixed fast and a new mudguard for the back as my old t6r had finally killed it... Going on Monday to collect my titanium Nickel S6. So in short if I trust them with my old and loved T6 which is now 14 yrs old.. And I am willing to buy a premium Brompton off them I think that says it all. Brilliant staff... Super helpful and despite some ppl who have stated they have had problems I have not. This is the only bike shop I trust entirely with my bike and despite it being a train ride to get there the workmanship and service is guaranteed to be the best.
Highly reccomended. Bought a new bike of these guys a month ago. Had a few teething problems with the bike but they were very helpful and fixed the issue despite being very busy. Friendly customer service.
Fantastic store. Andy have me loads of great advice broke everything down so a noobe could understand. I'll be back soon as I need anything. Highly recommend.
