I wanted to say thank you to the Deansgate Cotswold Outdoor team for helping me out today. Benn especially deserves recognition who, without hesitation put up a 4-man tent in-store just before his shift was supposed to finish all so that I could take a look at it. This customer service was truly above and beyond and has really helped me with my decision making. So much so I have already ordered the tent! Thanks so much guys, and I hope it isn't too difficult taking it down tomorrow :D
I spoke to a chap called Benn about hiking trousers and owls, and he did an excellent job giving me some insight about the options available for my leg-covering needs. Gonna grab some from my local Cotswold Outdoor in the Bournemouth store when I get paid. Cheers Benn!
The member of staff who I talked to today about tent repair products was totally lovely. I didn't want to leave, and just kept asking her questions I already knew the answers to, to prolong it.

Superb gait analysis by Matty , thanks guys. Tried on 7 pairs of running shoes, ended up with a pair SO much better suited to me than any I've had before. Sometimes a physical shop is absolutely what you need.
Booked a boot fitting appointment and Harry was very helpful in measuring and suggesting the correct type of boot. Tried on a lot of different types and came away happy with my choice.
A very helpful and patient young man helped with a first pair of running trainers. He was a keen runner himself, and took time to assess needs, do a video gait analysis, and recommend some options with regards what would be a suitable shoe. Very happy with the service, and with the shoes purchased.
Excellent service, the assistant listened to our thoughts, chucked in some words of wisdom, measure feet comprehensively, and let us mess around until the perfect boots were found. Good stock and good price, plus advice on recycling old worn replaced boots. Recommended.
