Friendly and helpful staff who know about their products and understand runners.

Really positive experience today. Have been wanting to update my running shoes for a while but needed the right advice rather than taking pot luck on line, and I got everything I needed at up and running. The advisor was fabulous, very helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

Great customer service, went in to look for a new shoe with a bit more support as I was worried about repeating an injury. I was taken through a range of options and given good advice, and the gait analysis made me feel more confident about the shoe I picked.

Brilliant shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great that you can go on a treadmill with a camera to look into the best shoes but staff could be more helpful for a novice runner.

Great experience, popped in for gait analysis and new shoes. Staff very helpful and shop very covid-safe.

Disappointing. Went in to buy some new running shoes for an upcoming long distance race as mine are quite old and basic, and effectively got told I didn't need to buy new ones and the assistant very unhelpful when I tried to ask for advice... Will be going elsewhere.
