Don't be fooled by the current 60% off signs in the window. It's "up to" 60% and most offers are the same as available on line. That aside, okay range of low- to mid-level outdoor kit.

Purchased some Berghaus shoes for my girlfriend this afternoon with the aid of some excellent service and consultation from one of the gents downstairs. He definitely deserves some recognition for his knowledge and service says Clerk:005 on receipt if that helps

Ordered on online in November, I returned one of the items straight away. It's been over a month now and I've still not received my refund. Avoid this place at all cost. Try Go Outdoors instead.

Good product range and lots of discounts. Helpful staff, and I'd use them again.

Seem like a good place to buy as products are at a good price and quality, however they let you buy products already out of stock and then don’t send you all your order and don’t let you know. 2 things missing as they went out of stock but no update on the order, so not impressed.
