I have ordered from HTFW a number of times. Good range and prices. Shipping is fast. I’ve had a couple of problems, missing & broken bottle. Both solved very quickly. Great customer focus and I’ll continue to use regularly.

Very helpful staff, had everything I was looking for and was delivered a day earlier than expected.

Great in store service. If you live locally, and see something on their website, worth ringing up and checking they have it in stock, if they don't they will happily go to the warehouse and get it for you.

Got a hard to find gin from here £55 only to find the same one in Asda for £35 absolutely disgusted!?!?

The staff at this shop are fantastic and friendly. When we went in we had a nice time browsing and purchasing.However when we had a problem with our purchase it was rectified immediately without hesitation.  I didn't even have to travel back in from Leicester. Best customer service I have experienced.
