Fantastic staff and service!! Especially Bobby who helped us today with a problem we’d been having with our account for way over a year and not even customer service had dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was so helpful and lovely. Thank you so much for helping us and for the coffee! This will definitely be our store of choice moving forward.
I went in to exchange my pods that one of the staff had wrongly given me. I was told you can’t return or exchange pods which is fine so I paid for the correct ones and had to keep the wrong pods. ‘Allison’ was really quite rude and asked me to leave the original order with them, despite not being offered a refund. When I explained that of course I would be keeping them, as we weren’t receiving an exchange and had paid for both the old and new pods. She rudely said ‘thought you didn’t like them?’. I felt very uncomfortable throughout and didn’t feel welcomed at all. Very rushed service and staff didn’t want to check my account the previous week in order to give me the correct pods, hence the wrong pods being packaged. I will order online going forwards.
Standard little Nespresso boutique, with pods, machines and other accessories available. Clean environment and helpful staff when required all with good knowledge of their products. I come here quite often just to pick up some pods, on that note, I've noticed on every visit, only the female staff here are nice and helpful, the male staff however act like they have a stick up their arse and as if you've ruined their life with a simple collection order. I don't expect smiles and fake pleasantries all the time, its retail, I understand, but the body language, lazy attitude and the snippy tone from male staff to their customers needs fixing. Luckily I'm not always their victim but cant say the same for others, especially an old couple I once witnessed when waiting to pay, that decided to leave and "come back later" I doubt it from how appalling the treatment towards them was from one of the grey haired italian male staff.
Should be called nespresslow. Just wanted to by some pods but the staff had obviously over-booked themselves with indoctrination appointments.
I bought my monthly coffee today, as usual the service is excellent. This one is just inside Selfridges in The food hall in Birmingham. Nothing is to much trouble for them. The staff are trained at the highest level. Thank you so much Nespresso for caring.

Served by most patronising and rude bloke today. I know how to order on line, just wanted a couple of boxes I'd run out of thanks. Nowhere near as friendly as staff were at John Lewis boutique, sadly closed.
The staff is friendly and trained to advise appropriately.
Super amazing staff Mark and Raphael and the others as well they help me buying the flavors and they were amazing thank you very much,, this is the best branch for Nespresso
Great store, the staff are very attentive and are able to answer all your questions. I usually buy online, but I really enjoyed the experience of buying in the store.
