I purchased some alcohol from The Drinks Emporium last week, not only were they the cheapest around for what I wanted but the customer service is second to none. The order process was painless and I was kept up-to-date via email from order to delivery. DPD attempted the delivery the next day however had damaged one of the boxes, I made The Drinks Emporium aware of the damage and the issue was sorted the same day – amazing service. Not sure how they managed to damage as Drinks Emporium had packaged it excellently. I would personally like to thank Theo for assisting me throughout my order process. 100% I’ll be back here for more alcohol very shortly, I’m now very stocked on Aftershock Silver :
I realised I had forgotten to include a gift card message and contacted customer support by email to ask if this could be done before the gift was dispatched. I was so pleased to receive a very quick reply from Joe to let me know that had been done. What excellent customer service. The products are also great too. I would highly recommend ordering from The Drinks Emporium. You won't be disappointed!

Will happily take your order & will take your money... Will not return your money in due time & find excuse to cancel the order. When questioned about the poor management skills and overall terrible handling of the situation....you get no reply! Be careful purchasing from here. Not saying all orders will be the same, however clearly something isn't right. Will update review shall i get a response to email sent.

Attended a champagne tasting session. Excellent afternoon, chilled atmosphere. Mark was very informative but also very relaxed making the session fun. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
So shocked at how this company have dealt with recent transactions. It would appear that the drinks emporium are holding on to money for far too long and aren't addressing the issue at hand. after several communication forms both email and phone I'm still having trouble getting a refund for what in my eyes seems like an easy fix. Again like previous reviews they seem to blame others which fundamentally isn't the case, If this company had relevant safety measures in place they would've been able to address the issue far sooner possibly eradicating the problem at source.
Sold stock they didn’t have. Claimed because it went viral. Don’t act like you don’t know the exclusivity of certain products. “Viral” or not you should be setting a stock limit instead of taking tens if not hundreds of thousands of pounds from customers. Also just noticed your selling the Macallan harmony for 3x rrp. Well done nuggets
Absolutely furious. I intended to buy a bottle of whisky from this shop which I knew was sought out for. You cannot put it on sale, take the money then say it's out of stock because you didn't have reserves. This has happened to all 14 of my friends, complete scam so they know they can sell their stock. Won't be using again. Bad reviews all round.
