Appalling customer service for collection of delivery. Was told off for getting a microwave delivered here. Too heavy to handle for the staff. Won't be using this collection point again.
I came here three times, once on my own and secondly with a woman mercury taxi driver when we returned back from Tamworth 14/11 /2018. Then the last time was just before the Christmas season with a taxi driver from Amo's Bizzy Bees Cars Sutton Coldfield. As I came into the shop the shop keeper looked at me then I turned to the left hand side of the shop but I noticed the shop keeper behind his counter turn a switch off from beneath his counter. Anyway loads went on in there while I was i. The shop towards me by white male men, at the shop door entrance and the queue when I was being served eventually. I never went back to the shop after the incident and attitude towards me.
Instead of having parcels delivered at home whereby you may be out have them delivered to a McCall's then go and pick them up.....easy peasy.
Good selection of basics, easy parking and nice staff. Delivery service for papers
Do NOT get packages delivered here. Package worth £50+ stolen.
Friendly staff ... good selection of provisions you may need.
Expensive and poor selection.
