We've been members of Harbour Club Notting Hill for a few years now, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The club has a refined and exclusive feel that makes every visit a pleasure. Priti and her team are exceptional—they're not only professional but also warm and friendly, always making sure we have the best experience possible. This is more than just a gym, it's a community we're proud to be a part of.
We joined Harbour Club recently with our toddler. We love the pool, soft play, yoga classes and restaurant/lounge. Facility is well maintained and staff are very helpful. Priti the customer manager is extremely responsive, and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend for young families

As a member of this club for over five years, I can confidently say that I have no intention of canceling my membership. The facilities are outstanding, and the staff consistently demonstrate respect and professionalism. I have also referred several friends and family members, who have become long-term members themselves, all without any regrets.
I joined Harbour Club just over two weeks ago. Tennis courts and Gym are well kept. Priti the relationship manager has been most helpful and made my introduction to the club seamless, highly recommend speaking with Priti if anyone is interested to learn more.
Ok facilities, terrible management. Possibly one of the lifestyle businesses with the worst management I’ve seen in London. The gym and the pool are big enough for good workout. But the condition is not as nice as the name ‘club’ might suggest. The gym is pretty dark and the pool is not the most hygienic. I’ve seen little worms on the floor of the shower by the pool. Yikes! I joined in June 2023 and had to transfer my membership to Chelsea a year later. I exchanged emails with the membership team and they just stopped replying to me at some point ????. I emailed again and again, even sending new enquiries from the club’s app but they seemed to have disappeared into the wind. No reply, no acknowledgment for a month wtf is this????. Eventually I called the club, stated the problem and the person promised to investigate and nothing happened again it’s a bit funny at this point. I had to call back and demand them to transfer the membership while I was on the phone. Just ridiculous.
Great club that is well equipped, spacious, always clean and not crowded. Priti, the manager, is fantastic and really went the extra mile to meet us and gave us a welcome - she and the team are always welcoming and friendly. The club offers a variety of facilities so it’s perfect if you like to have a mix of workouts - from swimming, personal training, yoga classes to the sauna. I always have a great experience :
Ive just joined the Harbour Club and it has been a fantastic experience. Priti on the membership team was super efficient and made me feel comfortable immediately. The facilities are well maintained and all the staff is friendly and helpful.
