If you are looking for a pat on the arse and lots of friendly encouragement then you in the wrong room. High heart rate, high expectations, great boxing drills, tough work. Don’t look for compliments.

Good old school gym were hardwork is demanded! Nothing fancy , just what you need . Not for the fancy or faint of hearts .  Great place to get down , dirty and learn . Tough but constructive trainers .  recommended

I use to be boxer at this club and I must say it was the best days of my life and I was been trained by Mr Akay and in 1975 I  was ABA NW champion

Good rugged place to train, could do with some updating though.

Authentic and Awesome...but not for the faint hearted!

Good quality training for reasonable price

Older kids coaches are tough - they push the group to their maximum performance and build resilience.  Very reasonable prices for good quality training.
