The best fitness environment I’ve ever been a part of. I’m genuinely excited for every session, knowing I’ll leave feeling encouraged, supported by both trainers and members, and ready for a shower! Jackson and the other trainers are all very accommodating to different abilities and do such a great job planning out every unique session. The classes are welcoming and judgment free. I can’t recommend it enough.
Fantastic workout, couldn't recommend it enough! I particularly enjoy the fact that it is outdoors in a lovely spot next to the Serpentine, which is great after being stuck indoors at the office all day! Instructors are very knowledgeable and motivated and no session is the same, so I never get bored. I also enjoy the mix of classes throughout the week between weight-based and cardio. BMF also has a great social aspect. We go out and do lots of other activities around once a month with the group such as mini golf, hikes, table tennis, picnics or just a pub trip so this is great if you're new to town or looking to expand your circle!
Every time I move to a new city, finding gym is on the top of to-do list, and I couldn't have been more lucky to come across BMF Hyde Park in London. Moving workouts 100% outdoors was something new, but what a great choice. Signed up right after my trial class and been enjoying it for 2 years now. Jackson is very creative, attentive and great with adjusting to the level of the group. There's a good choice between different classes, and you'll be able to improve not only your speed and streangth, but also skills of teamwork. And - it's always there! Dusk or dawn, frost or heat, and everything in-between. All in the beautiful Hyde Park setting. And then there's the people - a great mix of people from all different backgrounds and life experiences. Hands down my greatest fitness experience.
About a year ago, on one of my walks, I came across a bunch of people having a blast working out as the sun set in Hyde Park, under the eagle eye of Coach Jackson. I knew then that I would love these gritty sessions out in nature – each unique, difficult but deeply satisfying. The instructors are committed, sensitive to everyone’s abilities, supportive and offer well thought and well planned sessions. The community is fantastic, their spirit competitive yet welcoming and supportive. I have benefitted immensely from these workouts and continue to do so . Slowly but surely I get closer to stronger legs and my dream of dancing my heart out, something I couldn’t have imagined a few years ago on account of injuries. No case of Monday morning blues, I no longer have to drag myself to a gym. BMF is the best thing that happened to me in terms of fitness. So, if you love being outdoors, surrounded by amazing coaches and a fun group that rallies around you no matter what, sign up. Be Military Fit. Fearless, fearsome, there’s no need to be anything else.
Best place to train! The trainers are great, always motivating and exercises allow for different levels of fitness. The group is so much fun and supportive. Hyde Park is a lovely place to train. Cannot recommend enough!
If you want to get fit outdoors with the best trainers the real thing!, where fun & discipline are perfectly balanced, this is the best place I could find in London after trying different things. I would highly recommend .
Be Military Fit Hyde Park workouts are peerless. Because the classes are based on military fitness principles that have stood the test of time and focus on the group, they give a level of motivation way above any gym class. As a result, you get fitter, faster. The class participants are a wonderful breath of fresh air. People from diverse backgrounds, all with different levels of fitness and all super supportive and, inclusive. In addition, there’s a thriving social scene with activities such as climbing, hiking, parties and very civilised picnics. The most important people are of course the trainers, and they're first class. We all respect them a tremendous amount. Because regardless of weather they’re always there and they genuinely care about your progress. As a result, you feel safe to push yourself further. I love Be Military Fit Hyde Park, there’s nowhere else like it.
I was worried about starting BMF at Hyde Park as I was very out of shape & didn't want to get shouted at! But I'm so glad I did, it's the best decision I ever made. The instructors have genuine military experience, but they're incredibly supportive & encouraging, adapting their instructions to your ability & pushing you to progress. I've lost weight, gained fitness & strength, & most importantly made great friends & had fun, all in the beautiful setting of Hyde Park! I never managed to maintain a consistent routine with going to the gym indoors, but 4 years on I'm still looking forward to every BMF session with Jackson & the team. I can't recommend enough.
I love this place. This is one activity I am always looking forward to every day in the week. Mornings or Evenings. The spirit of the group is amazing. The team supports each other. There is something amazing for all levels. Jackson is an amazing instructor to bring in something new in each session to challenge us
I don’t do reviews but BMF is an exception. It’s the best way to have fun while you exercise. In addition to pushing yourself and getting fitter, it’s a great community. I’ve made a great group of friends who have really helped me to settle into London. Jackson is a great trainer. He pushes you when he knows you can do more, even when you want to give up sometimes!
