I have been a guest, with a friend of mine at this gym and it is very nice and clean, for the way I do my work out is great but I know for some people it can look a bit small, it also has different areas and studio. If you are into reformer Pilates, I suggest to check it out. Very nice swimming pool, it could be a bit short if you are a good swimmer. I liked the steam area, and they also I have sauna in the changing room. Very good facility
I have been a member of this gym since February. Some of the staff at the reception are really nice and friendly and helpful. For £430 monthly as a couple membership there is nothing special about this gym. It’s extremely small and most of the time over crowded. Some of the classes are ok but the yoga mats for example stink so you need to take yours if you care about hygiene. Reformer classes are not included in the gym membership fees so you are asked to book these on an extra fee which is very stingy of them to ask. This means non members can also come to the gym making the tiny chill out room even more crowded. Towels are constantly piled up on the floors of the restrooms or in the lockers and despite raising it with the staff it still remains an issue. There was an incident recently at the reception which I raised with Debora the manager twice via email but she did not bother to reply to either of my emails. Overal this is not even close to experiencing a boutique gym. Save yourselves some money and find a more decent place that you can enjoy the time you spend for your well being.
It's a shame I can't give 7 Stars in this review. I had an interview with fitness manager Ana Godbolt. She is such a great professional with well developed emotional intelligence, empathy and attention, with brilliant ability to establish the connection with people she is talking to - I have to admit that I felt appreciated and cared about while we having an interview. I am glad I met her - I had such a warm experience I never had before in similar situations. Bodyworkswest company should be very proud happy to have Ana as an employee, and I believe any company would be happy to have her as their employee or as a business partner. And I hope Bodyworkswest company is treating her well, too. To add, it was that kind of experience when you meet someone and you received such a wonderful way, that your 'faith in Humanity had been restored'. Very touching and beautiful experience. We, people, we really need more people like her. Once I get bigger as a business, I wish I could find people like her to be employed or to be my business partners. And I mean it. Thank you very much again for this amazing experience
Body Works West Pilates is truly on another level. The classes are small, typically with just 2-6 participants depending on the time, so you get a lot of personalised attention from the instructor. The instructors here are the best I’ve ever encountered – they are incredibly well-trained. If you're looking for a Pilates class, I couldn’t recommend this place more!
Great gym with the best reception staff and trainers who are really knowledgable, approachable and friendly! The gym is really well managed and maintained, and has a load of different classes that you can fit around your day-to-day, as well as a huge pool and spa which is rarely too busy. I have been a member for just over a year and have met a lovely community of members and had a great environment to work out in.
Amazing gym. Super clean. With a great vibe. The staff and management are friendly and alway happy to help. The steam room and spa are top notch. By far the best gym in London. Highly recommend.
BWW is an excellent wellness space, framed within an iconic and historical location. The swimming pool has always been a flagship and distinctive feature of this structure! I have been a member since 2018 and I have always appreciated the friendliness of the staff, a refined environment full of freshness and dynamism. There are activities aimed at satisfying the most specific needs but they also try to achieve popular targets within everyone's reach. The facilities are excellent with cutting-edge equipment and layout! Recommended for those who want to start a fitness and general well-being journey for the first time but also for gym geeks. :
Hello, I’ve been a member of the club for quite a long time and was fit and healthy. I used to do lots of activities & classes including reformer but recently I had a serious injury in a Friday class with Irina. So be careful in that class because now I have several fractures to my wrist as well as the bone being misplaced. I had surgery but I don’t know if I’ll ever go back to my normal routine, and no one has taken responsibility for that. Forogh
I’ve just joined and it’s literally the best gym in London! The trainers and teachers are all so professional, compassionate and highly trained. The gym facilities are gorgeous the jacuzzi is my favourite part and the front of house are lovely. It’s a real personal experience you get at BWW and I’m absolutely in love with the place! Highly highly recommend !
