Great gym! Really friendly atmosphere and staff are very helpful and quick if you have a problem with your billing or account. The gym equipment is in good shape with recently purchased cardio machines. Monday nights are the busiest but even then you can almost always get a machine. The wifi has a bit of a weak signal at times but overall, great place to workout.
Good gym at a great value price without the unpleasant commercial pure-gym-like atmosphere. Friendly staff and a good member community. You can also get good value day or week passes if you’re in London for a short stay.
Great gym, but the service is even better than the gym. I had some issues with my shoulder and was unable to continue the membership until it got fixed. Gym owner and staff were more than happy to accommodate for the unforseen circumstances, and helped me throughout the way. Customer service is at the heart of this gym.
Great gym to workout at for serious fitness enthusiasts! Good range of equipment for weight training, functional and resistance training as well. Latest Technogym treadmills and bicycles for cardio training! I've been able to exercise at different times of the day with no long waits! Friendly environment and helpful staff! Improvement suggestions: - some more dumbbells closer in pair/even weight would be useful for progressive overload. - a quarterly deep cleaning of the gym and equipment. - better cleaning of equipment and toilets too. - WiFi not really fast or working well. Looking forward to attending the next training session!
I've loved being a member at the Kilburn Energie Fitness gym, everyone there is absolutely lovely! The staff and trainers have created a welcoming environment to help anyone feel capable of taking on the gym, and I found the equiptment and resources to be great.
I absolutely love this gym all the staff are so friendly and so approachable I have been coming to this gym for 6 weeks now it’s local and on my door step. Tonight another member who comes here made a false clam against me which is uncomfortable and I refuse to pay £36.99 a month to be called a druggy by anyone!!!
The staff is really kind and do their best to accommodate my needs. The gym has good facilities and get cleaned regularly.
Enjoy personal space? Don't come here. Easily the worst gym I've been to. Joined this gym without visiting first, recommend having a look before joining and then joining somewhere else. The space is small but Energie haven't let that stop them trying to fill it with the maximum amount of equipment humanly possible into this windowless basement. With no regard to personal space or hygiene, machines are squashed together for maximum profit. On more than one occasion I've had other peoples sweat on me. The ellipticals are so close together that other people have brushed against me whilst working out. It's awkward. Drinks holders broken on multiple machines. Floor space is tiny, always busy and untidy. Weights area is OK? Functional but small. Side room is fine but if you're a woman, prepare yourself for people men approaching you.
The staff are receptive and understanding to feedback and always happy to help. I always attended early in the morning and it is relatively empty at that time and I have never had to wait to use a machine. I was nervous about attending during the pandelic when regulations relaxed and the managers spoke to me directly over the phone and reassured me. It has a great community feel and geberates a sense of belonging, which is rare in London.
Gym staff is friendly and they keep clean the machine. I am very happy and enjoy my time.
