Really lovely experience. I felt so relaxed. Staff and guests were lovely towards me. I enjoyed the breakfast. Had an unexpected additional payment of £30 upon arrival to cover room damage costs which I wasn’t happy about although the woman informed me it was just a deposit they take upon arrival after booking stay. The room was smaller than expected for a deluxe room but as I was staying alone it was alright for me. Very secure. 7 minute walk from Boxpark and other activities. Overall, lovely franchise.
I was very happy with my stay. It's far away from London central, but the train gets you there in 20 minutes. And you can't beat the price.nThe room was very clean. The shower and toilet too. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.nnThe breakfast was ok. Nothing great but good enough.
Frint desk was very helpful and respectful. Free breakfast for all of us2 adults and 2 children. The room was tiny but clean. There are restaurants and groveries in walking distance as well. Overall we were very happy. Oh! It was walking distance to the on the ground train to city center as well.
Totally surprised just how good this hotel was.nThe staff can't do enough to make the stay pleasant.nnThe rooms are really clean, the beds are comfortable too.nnBreakfast varied and plentiful.nnI would not hesitate to book again
Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Check in/out was easy and straightforward. Breakfast was good but quite busy and crowded. The room felt lacking, the shower head sprayed water at an angle to which almost flooded the bathroom floor space. The window of the room was level with a car park so in the morning people could see in.
