Absolutely brilliant for the price. Stayed in worse 4 star hotels. Will become my go to hotel for work. Room was clean and very well equipped. Good size. Excellent facilities for star rating and very convenient for my needs.

Nice room, if a bit on the small side. Breakfast is nice. Croydon has some nice places to eat. Don't even consider eating in the hotel for evening meal.

Conference room was large, well equipped with free WiFi. Team were friendly and helpful. Happy to run further workshops for classes of 30-40 delegates there again. The av staff were helpful and catering staff managed all client expectations. After 6 there is limited parking on the road for free. That is extremely rare in Croydon.

Cannot fault the hotel. Excellent customer service, comfortable rooms, great WiFi speed, perfect location for the station. There is nothing to dislike here, it's my go-to hotel when I'm in London.

Clean room, altho a little small. I didn't always get the top up of tea n milk on my tray and the hairdryer didnt work, only blew cold air. Breakfast was good. Near town centre, lots of places to eat Nearby.
