Room was clean, not too big, but enough for 2 people that want to rest. Clean shower in room. Always accessible, nice staff. Nothing to be worried about. Just pop in, pay a good price, take a shower and go rest. What else tired man need ?

Their room rates could be unnecessarily high sometimes, rooms appear being cleaned up in a hurry. No TV, No Swimming pool, and one may need to squeeze through the small space in the room when moving things around in the room. I wonder why the room rates are at par with hotels providing those things they do not provide. Heating problem appears to have come to stay. Their Beds are okay no doubt.

Spent 5 nights here, it was very quiet and i slept well. It was very clean and there were no problems with the wifi. The room was small and basic but what do you expect for £27 a night. Definitely value for money.

Avoid at all costs; You would have to pay me to ever consider using this hotel again. There was a strong vomit like smell coming from the bathroom drains (I'm not exaggerating how bad it was), the room had poor ventilation after having a shower. Poor soundproofing, walls made of plasterboard, I could hear people in the room next over, such as a slight cough and people walking in the corridor, you have to hope your neighbours are respectful. There didn't appear to be any heating. Beds were quite hard. My belongings were stolen by cleaning staff, and two weeks later haven't received word about where my stuff is, any form of apology or compensation. I keep ringing about it but just get empty responses (someone will look into it, etc). A false alarm went off near midnight forcing the whole hotel to evacuate, and then was told it was caused by a steamy shower in someone's room. No apology or compensation. Pros: Shower was strong and you could turn up to a hot temperature. Reception staff seemed reasonably friendly.

Warning！ Warning ！Warning！ Small tiny room，Strong smell，the window cannot open. only one thing good，close to east croydon station. I left wallet in the room. i call back to the hotel in one hour. they said check anywhere cant find it. im 100% sure left in the hotel room.
