Crawling Worms!!!!!! Please read before you book!! Certainly! Here’s a draft for your Google review: --- I recently stayed at Easy Hotel Croydon and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a dirty environment that clearly had not been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, I discovered crawling worms, which was not only alarming but also unacceptable for any hotel. The overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired. This experience has definitely deterred me from returning or recommending this place to others. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues for the sake of future guests. The front desk person went up with me to give different rooms and ALL of them had this work Crawling at the corner of the room. She saw this too, one of the room smelled like the sewage was overflowing. I have videos of the worms and the dirty room. This hotel refused to refund my money because they said they showed me more than one room, all of the rooms had issues how can I stay there?
The Travelodge South Croydon is a solid choice for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near transport links, making it easy to explore the area. A great value for the price!Rooms: 5/5
Friendly and nice staff. Hotel rooms are bad. Mould around window and walls. Bathroom smells of mould and mildew and because it's a small room, you smell it in the room constantly. Not even a night table to put your phone or purse on. The worst thing is, in my room, there were bed bugs. You don't spot them until it's night and you fall asleep. I was woken by a couple then when I contemplated the situation, more came out... I left at 3am hoping that none got in to my luggage. I got a refund and apology back but that's about it - think about the stress at 3am and trying to find a different place to stay when all tired.
Unfortunately there are bed bugs in this hotel and the infestation needs to treated. A low affordable price does not justify an infestation of bed bugs and no one should be made to feel that a cheap affordable room deserves be bugs. If treated, I will reassess this review as there were other positives to the stay. Plesae can management do something to address the bed bugs urgently.
The hotel is clean, with well sized rooms and in a fantastic location with the train station, shops and Boxpark all within a 5 minute walk. The staff are very helpful and Kelsey provided outstanding customer service during my stay at the Easy Hotel.Rooms: 4/5
Been a guest for a while, thoroughly enjoy the hotel, the location and amenities. The staff are brilliant, always helpful, kind and warm. Have a soft spot for Kelsey, nothing is trouble for her - you can't miss her always with a bright smile on her face! Rooms: Nice hotel, staff are super friendly. Cleaning team are really good too, rooms are immaculate. Fresh towels always in hand. Shout out to Kelsey always smiling and helpful.
I have Just visited Easy hotel croydon for my reservation and i urgently needed early reservation , I am literally inspired by the staff kelsey on reception when she not only properly assisted me but also resolved my issue by properly communicating the process and protocols of early check in, hence my issue got resolved and i have been given an opportunity to early check in. Thank you Easy hotel and thank you kelsey for you support and assistance .. I found every thing every fine and supporting Walkability: Trains , trams and stations are near by which made me comfortable. Food & drinks: Food restaurants and trains stations are near by which is something i got very easy to inspire me for a check in
What a tremendous suprise! My aunt and I came from tired flight , expecting a big comfy beg, with bed tables, amenities and proper door system and proper elevator. The bed we slept on couldn't sustain both of us and the every move my aunty makes shakes the entire loft? U claim to be easy but the maintainable is very hard. Bad bad bad very bad room .
My experience at easy hotel was topnotch ..their customer service is very good. RAJESH was so welcoming and Friendly at the reception. Is a nice place to go go pals. Rooms: Superb Nearby activities: Excellent near by activities Safety: Safety is topnotch Walkability: Very close to any where you are going to the town
