Bad Customer Service and very rude staff. Staff will hang up the phone on clients with the backing of the Senior Solicitor. 
Solicitor will not bother to call the client when a decision is received from the Home Office and you have to keep calling to chase up on your letters. I received my decision letters late because of their ineptitude and nonchalance. 
Terrible experience. Avoid like the plague.
