Advertises parking on the web site but turns out that the parking is in the local shopping centre for a princely sum of money. You either have to hover over the icon with your cursor or tap it on a touch screen to find this info that isn't openly advertised. I was told the wrong information for breakfast timings by the front desk staff so when we went down for something to eat at 10.02am on the Monday morning to find nothing there I asked at the front desk where they didn't even attempt to ask the kitchen if anything was still available the just said "well there is nothing we can do now, we will just have to refund you for the missed breakfast." The room we were put in was supposed to be a family room but was nothing more than a double with 2 single zed beds put up along side our very uncomfortable and lumpy double. There was no fridge, dust on the window ledge and flaking paint in the ill equipped bathroom. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

Clean, central, big room. Entrance somewhat soulless. Maybe worth paying for business room to avoid noise from other guests.

Very big clean rooms. Great customer service. Only thing that may annoy people a bit is the fact there is no plugs next to the bed

Staff are a bit off. Bar is a bit expensive but decent range for a Travelodge. Security were present which was needed. Big Travelodge, rooms were good. No parking available which is difficult in central Croydon. Everything was clean though.

Great value for money. Good standards of room. But keep the food choices as elsewhere as the food doesn't meet basic expectations.
