We were here for a day on 27th April. Staff at the reception was so friendly. “First impression is the best impression”. It is so true for this hotel. It was a comfortable stay in a perfect location. Clean, tidy, friendly and accommodating staff.nnHotel parking is not an available but disabled parking is available. There is a paid parking just across the road and plenty of street larking is there.nnBreakfast was so amazing. Beacon was crispy and moist unlike most of the breakfast buffets dry and tasteless. The sausages were so yummy we all had second servings for the first time in years.nAll the staff at the restaurant were so dedicated but what grabbed my attention the most was the server Kenneth. He was like lightening. Super fast and full of wit. Kind and accommodating. It’s quite rare these days to come across such people as I myself a business owner in hospitality industry and I know how important is the quality and customer service. Very well done Kenneth and all the staff at the Leonardo hotel. We need people like you. All the best!
Kenny and Sarah have been amazing. Kenny makes the best cappuccino and Sarah makes you welcome as soon as you walk in.nnHousekeeping is also amazing. The rooms are very clean and comfy.nnI appreciated the different pillow selection on the bed, soft, firm etc. English breakfast also looked very good but i opted for Kennys coffee and biscuits! Thank you for a warm stay.
We absolutely love the treat we received upon check-in. Also, the complimentary drink tickets were the highlight our stay. We weren't expecting anything except our room and it's accessories so thanks a million for that experience.nThe staff were so great and friendly and accommodating. The bartender was very knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about spirits...that was fun! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.nBased on a recent stay at Leonardo Hotels in Manchester, I already knew they do not provide flannels and since I forgot to pack flannels for this stay in Croydon...I had to pop into Primark still an inconvenience for me. Also I was disappointed to know that they didn't provide hot chocolate so that's another item I will have to pack when staying at the Leonardo Hotels.nAll in all, I enjoy staying at the Leonardo Hotels and I look forward to many more stays in different cities.
A fine hotel that is unfortunately placed in Croydon. Currently has a building site next to it that starts work far too early. Staff are friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast is good quality.nnThe rooms are comfortable however the bathrooms are dated if functional.nnBe cautious leaving the hotel after dark, wider Croydon is dangerous.
Stayed here this weekend, and found the location and room exceptional, spotless and central to everywhere.nThe receptionist Brooke was so so friendly on arrival and made our stay even better , her smile and welcome to us as 1st impressions of the hotel would have us recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Croydon.nAlready booked two more stays thus month and April , so looking forward to it.
