Incredibly kind, considerate, and attentive staff at this Premier Inn near East Croydon. For the duration of our 2 week stay, we've had a very warm experience being here. The hotel has comfortable amenities and clean rooms. On the first floor, there is bagged coffee that you can get for yourself which is really great!nnThe location of the hotel is quite literally the best in this entire area as it's only a meager 1 minute walk from East Croydon station. Furthermore, it's right below a convenience store and if you take a 3 minute walk there's lots of dining options.nnAgain, I would highly recommend anyone this hotel - I will be missing my time here.
Fantastic customer service - Teresa and Marcia at breakfast time were incredibly helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely people working hard to give everyone a better experience.nThere was work being done in the hotel while we were there, but we weee warned in advance and I didn’t notice any noise or disruption at all.nReception staff also very helpful, accommodating of a very late arrival and helped out with a couple of requests.nThere’s a small drop off area, security very understanding when we needed a couple of minutes to deal with luggage.
My wife and I stayed at the east croydon premiere inn in langsdown road. We had an early check in which was good as we saw my wife's father mid morning. We had a new room with a powerful shower. The bed was extremely comfy and we had a lovely cooked breakfast. All self service which was great. The plus was a big bowl of fresh fruit and a good coffee to start our day. All staff very helpful. The minus to our trip was the card they gave us for the lift and our room. It kept playing up so I had to keep going to get it replaced. It only happened three times though. Staff very helpful......

The Croydon Premier Inn is a great value for money Hotel to stay in for work or for getting in to Central London.nnAll Premier Inn Colleagues are polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.nnBreakfast buffet is grand & regularly restocked.nnTeresa & Marcia are always cheerful, helpful & nothing is too much trouble - A good start to the day.nnIn the evening Mark & his Team are also friendly & helpful, which is good after a long day’s work!
