Jonathan and Charlotte could not have been more helpful in selling my father’s property. Fair prices, excellent service, regular and clear communication, I would not hesitate in recommending them.
By far the worst agent I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. I've had numerous issues over the last 3 years renting a property from them. When I first moved in, there was a water leak, heating didn't work and the electricity sparked when you plugged anything in. I had to live with my mum for several weeks because my rental property was not safe to live in. 3 years on I'm still left with a dodgy boiler and expected to relight it myself everytime it cuts out. This is amongst other electrical issues and a rusty balcony. They also have no respect for disabled people and had the nerve to tell me I may not be a suitable tenant due to my disabilities!!
Perfect service throughout. We wouldn’t have been as lucky as we were to find our dream first home if it wasn’t for the help from Zoë. Thanks so much, we will definitely be coming back for our next move!
Hammond Property Services are a fantastic letting agents. I work in the industry and know some of the nightmares that people experience on a daily basis. Throughout the whole process Hammond have been consistently great with their communication, promptness on any maintenance in the property and really helpful when i needed to move out early due to a change in circumstances and to top it all off called me the afternoon after my tenancy ended with a full return of my deposit and processed it straight away. Massive thank you to you all and I will be recommending Hammond to anyone that needs to rent, buy or sell in the area! Thanks again : Becki
