Recently I purchased a Kia proceed from Hammond Ford. I'm very happy with the service and the help I have recieved. Bary and Robert were fantastic and helped me greatly during the process of buying the car. The guy that delivered the car home was phenomenal. Best wishes to the whole team! Thank you
The staff on the service desk went out of their way to find answers to my questions. The repair to my car was excellent bearing in mind another dealership could not solve the problem.nThe loan car was a like for like, another plus.nAll round top job team.
Repeats same issues over every service and MOT, even if you have them fixed the previous ones, never believe “wheel cut to cord” as I have had multiple of these and then taken them to a third part professional who examines them and they say, they are not, and it’s only superficial damage and are perfectly good tiers and have plenty of life to them… please seek third party advice when Hammonds tells you to change tires.
Second Kuga in six months and it was an easy decision to go straight back to AWHammond. Service, price, availability and quality. Will be back when the kids need to upgrade their Fiestas. Cheers.
