No need for many words, unfriendly and unskilled people. I needed my brakes to be checked urgently, they found hundreds of excuses not to do it. I never recommend here.
On Saturday 17th May i explained very openly that i had done something extremely stupid.....nI had let my Isuzu V-Cross get too close to its 2nd service mileage.nMr. Glenn Bardwell sat me in his office while he consulted a colleague.....nOn Monday 19th May the phone rang as promised, telling me that my pick up was ready for collection.nWith a big smile on my face i was soon being welcomed by the Hammonds team as i arrived for collection....nI could not thank them all enough....nThe chances of my Isuzu breaking down, failing me in any shape or form are slim, but if i had taken the mileage over the manufacturers allowance, i was asking for potential trouble.nThe service, the dedication and commitment to excellence You receive from this Third generation family is frankly quite rare in our ever changing world.....nGo see for yourself.nI love my Isuzu.....nAt Hammonds, for that service.nI could tell they Loved it too....nKindest regards to them all.nnMark Denny....
Recently I purchased a Kia proceed from Hammond Ford. I'm very happy with the service and the help I have recieved. Bary and Robert were fantastic and helped me greatly during the process of buying the car. The guy that delivered the car home was phenomenal. Best wishes to the whole team! Thank you
