After looking at a car and having my car assessed for part exchange I eagerly awaited a call back with some figures from the sales representative, two days later and after two phone calls from myself I eventually found out the car had been sold while I was waiting for a response. I did receive an apology from a different member of the team but overall I’m very unhappy with the unprofessional attitude I experienced at John Gross Diss.

Have been a Ford owner/loaner for many years, ( my Mondeo estate taxi stayed with me for 275000 mls) I now have a C-Max with motability and the service is marvellous, I was guided through the whole process by Stuart who was able to answer all our questions and steer us in the right direction. Never a problem with the servicing and the car was faultless.

The sales staff here are superb - customer service is genuinely a top priority for them and you really feel welcome. I haven't seen any hard selling and really go to greast lengths to ensure you get the car you want.
