Bought a vauxhall in February from Jason. The vechile was sold to me with a leak in the front window screen. My 3 month warranty has been refused due to Jasons inability to call me after 3 times of asking. DO NOT USE
Couldn’t speak more highly of Alistair at MR King. We had to leave our Motorhome with them when it broke down on holiday. Alistair went out of his way to help us.
I purchased my Volvo V70 from M.R.KING and have it serviced and MOT by them. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive. They give me an estimate of cost. Living local I drop off the car, but I know they would arrange collection and delivery when done. Reception are always very polite. I would recommend them for second hand cars and service.
Nicely situated with a good few cars to look at. No hassle from sales people which was a big bonus . Unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle on site that they advertised with no idea when it would be back so unfortunately a wasted journey for us.
These guys haven't got a clue. Supposed Volvo specialists?!nKim tried to claim my car had lost compression and needed the whole head taking apart at a cost of at least £400 without even doing a simple compression test before they would even carry out the work I had booked in for them to do change aux belt kit! When I questioned this, Kim simply would not give me a justifiable answer. Took my car to another Volvo indy who done a simple compression test for my piece of mind and confirmed there was no leaking and that MR King were trying to pull a fast one! Had the aux belt kit replaced as requested that's all that needed doing! and car is spot on as it should be! Honestly, avoid these cowboys!!!
