Bit like a swan. Outside is all posh and pristine. Inside could do better. Three floors of rooms but no lift. No offers to help with luggage. Attitude of 'rooms are that way' (points in the appropriate direction), followed by various way point descriptions. Breakfast was help yourself to what had been layed out, including cooked food. Rooms were no better than a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge, but bathrooms were a lot smaller with items missing or broken like shaving mirror. Only stayed because it was convenient to motorway and had vacancies for the nights I required. Would only recommend it if you were just looking for somewhere to sleep for a night or couple of nights.

Really nice hotel with good welcome Reception and open area sharing with the lounge bar. We have managed to be allocated to a new rooms that have been redecorated. Nice and very spacious, big double bed with lots of room. Bathroom was spacious and looked like the room could have been used for disabled guests, with fold out seat and barriers, also the shower is suitable for people that are really tall. Nice big restaurant that fits around 70 people. In the morning breakfast is very good with hot and cold buffet, also that and pastries are offered. In the evening the four seasons restaurant is located in the same room as breakfast. Serving really good food, for starters you can have really nice chicken skewers which are honey glazed with a bit of spice and chilli. And as main I would recommend either chicken grilled supreme or whole plaice. All together the food both starters and mains are really great options. There's plenty to choose from. Staff are excellent, at what they do, with good humour. Which is always nice to see especially when they greet you with smile. All together would definitely be coming back!!!

Lovely hotel. Comfortable bedrooms. Great choice at breakfast served by friendly staff member who made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent customer service. Happy to recommend this hotel

Very nice place. The receptionist at the pool was great (Jez). Good customer service and very sufficient! I went to spend a day at the pool to relax. It was £8 all day including swim, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I came back feeling refreshed. Thanks for a nice day!

Staff very helpful and kind, Lovely comfortable hotel. Fresh, chilled infused water waiting for you at reception. Speedy check in, special requests fulfilled, spa and swimming pool great. Restaurant very good and food well prepared, tasty and fresh. Good choices at breakfast. Great stay
