I have spent the ladt 20 years travelling the U.K. for work and stayed in b&bs or hotels every where and this pkace is at the top. Excellent place and Dave the owner is instantly like a friend.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The house is absolutely immaculate and very welcoming, like a home from home. My room was spacious and again absolutely immaculate with a lovely en-suite shower room. The breakfast is nothing short of superb and worth the visit alone! 10/10

Could not recommend highly enough - The hosts are excellent and gave us tea and biscuits as soon as we arrived which was needed after a day in the rain.  I was a little concerned after seeing pictures about the not exactly neutral decor but it is all to such a high standard and great quality that I didn't notice as soon as I entered.  The room was large, great views of the cows and breakfast was superb.  Could not fault this amazing B and B

Fabulous place to stay. Restful lively bedroom and loung dinner. Fantastic breakfast fit for a king. Hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Situated close to Leyland town centre few shops near by and a small lical pub a few doors away. Will definately be going back.
