Had a staff that was wonderful, made sure we had everything we wanted and gave us information on whatever we asked. But got denied when it got to the payment check out asked what the problem was and was told that they cant say. Now how am i supposed to know to do the correct thing when next i come. Also went straight to another store and go the same thing and payment was no hassle.
Best place to get your tech gadget. Bought my last TV with the stand not suitable for it and has it replaced with a new one with options of replacing only the stand, refund, or getting another brand of TV which was perfect. The customer service is top notch
Good parking space, quality products and good customer service. I bought a Samsung phone, and the attendants made good product presentations detailing all I needed about the products, insurance and policy. However, more needs to be done in price signage to help customers find what they want to buy.
Nicely set out store. Customer service isn’t the best and product knowledge isn’t the best at all. After wondering about aimlessly for about 40 I had to go and ask someone for help then waited a further 10 minutes for a person to become free this is while employee’s walked past multiple times not even asking if I needed a hand or anything. I Was looking for a coffee machine and the person knew nothing about coffee machines because they don’t drink coffee. so went and asked someone else waited for over 15 minutes and ended up walking out. Looks like I’ll be using Amazon or online stores to find a machine. I have been in the retail sector for over 10 years and if that was my store I would not be happy with the CS report at all.
Manager has a stinking attitude apparently goods 2 days late into store and refused to let me cancel even when explained this is the only day off I have. Explained I could get the goods straight away from argos his reply was "go on then"
I pre- ordered Samsung S23 Ultra from Currys ,it was supposed to arrive on 14 Feb but it didn't so they told me that you will get it tomorrow and than the next day same "you will get it tomorrow" and "you didn't do your pre-order by me " , it's absurd and the next day still no update on my purchase , that is terrible experience since I'm eagerly waiting for my phone ....... terrible customer service experience in store
Whilst there appeared to be a good selection of washing machines the purpose of our visit , one could not say the same about staff. We were in the store for approximately 30mins, and despite looking for a member of staff to help with our selection our search was in vain. Even though the store was not very busy We left quite disgruntled and vowing not to return to that store again.
The worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. Ordered a new TV for collection in store, but when I went in to collect it the staff member said it looks like the box has been opened but hope that’s ok. I asked why it was opened and he didn’t know, so I asked him to check that the Tv was ok before I left with it. Then I noticed a sticker on the box saying “pre-owned stock”! When I asked about it the staff said they didn’t know why it was pre-owned. I checked my order / receipt and no mention of being pre-owned stock. They then said that was the only model they had, and if I didn’t want to take it they could sell me another much more expensive TV. I said this wasn’t acceptable, so could I order another TV the same model online again but the staff were really unhelpful and got really dismissive with me. They also couldn’t tell the difference between a Full HD TV and one which is only HD Ready. Don’t waste your time shopping here. Choose one of their other stores. The staff here seem to be the most unprofessional I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time. I just took a refund in the end and will buy a TV from a business which actually cares about customer service and doesn’t try to sell 2nd hand stuff as new.
There was no one to assist at the TV section so I ended up picking up a box with what I hoped was the TV I wanted. Had to wait 15 minutes at the checkout. The store appeared very understaffed. The lady at the checkout was very friendly but obviously under pressure.
Sold me the wrong sodastream refill canister even when I asked is it compatible they said it will be and still traded it! Not happy in the slightest with the customer service, now I will have to come I'm again and hope they will change it for the right one.
