I needed a car radio for my motorhome and Halfords was the nearest store to where I live. I took the old radio with me. My wife and I entered the store at about 2-2.30pm. Someone who I now know to be David was manning the till and another person was helping a customer and installing something for them. We looked at the display of radios but didn’t know if any or all were available so asked David for assistance. He readily agreed to assist us but explained he was only one of two members of staff so needed to keep an eye on the till to serve other customers. Whilst we were deciding and having David explained the various pros and cons of the radios he did have to leave us briefly to serve customers waiting at the till. He was very knowledgable, helpful, patient and not at all pushy. We didn’t intend to but ended up purchasing not only the radio system but also a dashcam that was interchangeable between our motorhome and car. David advised us of all the components we needed and we could have had it fitted on site aswell. We didn’t need that as we had made other arrangements but I can see that as being an invaluable service to other customers especially senior citizens like ourselves. An enjoyable experience all round and would not hesitate to recommend Halfords to friends and family and the general public alike.
I had roof bars/a roof box added to my car. I was served by Barrie, who was brilliant. Lovely person to chat to as he was fitting it. He explained the entire process and made me feel comfortable with how it all worked.nnAhead of the fitting, I was served by a couple of great people too, but I'm sorry, I didn't get their names, but they were brilliant too! :
What amazing service at Halfords in Dereham. Popped in on the off chance to have the bulbs in my break lights replaced.n20 minutes later, all done. I would like to thank Zack for his kindness and professionalism and Jolee at the till for advice on Dash Cams and future savings at Halfords. A great experience. Thank you.
Just rubbish, ordered and purchased a motorcycle cover online that was advertised as black and when I got home I found this awful thing but it isn't worth my time and hassle to drive the 9 miles to return.... Halford sort your website and advertise accurately
Spoke to Mark at the cashier desk as I needed advise about coolant for my car. Mark was so helpful and friendly, giving advice about using the correct item as there is more than 1. He even went and got the coolant for me to save me walking around the store! Fantastic customer service, thank you!
