It is Kwik Fit - we all know their reputation - don't go there unless you want to be conned. Have a look at their 'star' ratings many 5's then a dramatic drop. Don't tell me that isn't fixed!

I called in at Kwik Fit Plus, Dereham at 10:30 on a Saturday morning, in a bit of a state because my exhaust had broken as my brother and I were on our way to view my mum's body at the funeral parlour in Dereham.  The Kwik Fit employees I dealt with were helpful, friendly and efficient, locating and fitting the new exhaust part by lunchtime the same day.  We walked to the funeral parlour to see Mum, but were then able to drive to our afternoon appointment to discuss the funeral service, then back to Norwich later. I cannot comment on the pricing of the exhaust because I do not know what a reasonable price would be - but the service and sympathy I received were priceless - thank you.

Had a full service today, lovely man gave me a lift home.so I didn't have to wait around. They done a smashing job. Even called half way through to let me know if any problems.
I was more than happy.

I went to change my Car’s oil filter and oil and mot check but there service is not good. I bet mechanic also not good cos the guy who changed oil filter he didn’t tell me about oil leaking. I don’t know what he checked???? One of reason for MOT fail!!!!my question is if oil was leaking the guy who did part servicing by changing oil filter he should have informed me before by he didn’t?????? That means mechanic is not good!!!!! So I won’t recommend anyone to go there...

Second time asked these guys to repair my caravan tyres....both times valves had blown, both times no charge. Where can you get service like that anymore, when I asked why no charge same reply "" we only changed the valve sir ", well the next time I need work on my car I shall go here....
