Very rude. Spoke to my mother as if she didn't know what she was doing. Stole money from the gift card. Dont every buy a gift card from there. Will never go back into the shop again. Had to give 1 Star to do review but they deserve-100

Big thanks for helping my Grandma and I out with skirts and tops today : All the staff were so lovely and patient, they are a credit to the Dereham EWM.

Ewm always my go to store for knitwear at a reasonable price. The staff at the Dereham pleasant to deal with, very courteous.
