It’s very rare nowadays that I’m really impress with the service I receive from any business but Birds did just that! I emailed a query on a Sunday not expecting a response but to my surprise got one, asked to amend my order on the Monday, no problem, asked if I could have my 30 items in two weeks, no problem, they were ready three days early, all items packed separately with names on the bags so I didn’t have to ensure them, good quality garments very nicely embroidered. Perfect from day one to collection. Thank you!
My daughter wanted a tshirt and hoodie the tshirt was for a event only a few days away. After placing the order I called the shop they went out of their way to help. And today the order arrived into for event tomorrow. The customer service from this shop is amazing. Thank you so much for your help

Took 6 items into Birds for some embroidery and I am extremely pleased with the result. Good quality work in an extremely fast turn around time at a great price! I would highly recommend Birds to anyone.
Awful service had to puck school uniform up from the shop a,day before the start of school because they hadn't delivered it! Waited in the queue with my children in the hot sun as ut was 1 in 1 out.. then only to be told half of my stock wasn't available and will be delivered when it's in !! Shocking...if there was anywhere else that does the uniform I'd go there, but based on that only shop selling uniform they know they can get away with treating customers like that year in year out.
