I bought a pack of knickers today i realise when i get to my car its wrong size, i go back and ask if they can change it but said not allowed to change. Just disappointing cause only change the size and i have receipt with me. I love the nutmeg product but just disappointed.
Probably the best all round supermarket in the area. Tesco may have a larger range and Waitrose has more speciality items but Morrisons has the freshest fruit and veg, the best fish and the best bread. It wins on price too.
Sadly, they had offers going, but for some reason, they did not get accepted. Though my morrison card was. Plus, we had some clearance items that we had to get refunded on as it charged us full price. It's all a bit sad considering I used to rate morrisons high.
I always like shopping at Morrisons as it has a more chilled atmosphere in comparison to other Supermarkets. However, my experience today was not quite what I was expecting. I know staff who have been on shift all day need to sometimes express themselves but this occasion seemed a little excessive. Two particular members were shouting backwards and forwards to each other, singing to the piped music through the store and sharing loudly they were going home to 'get bladdered'. I appreciate the service our Supermarket staff provide, but please please be aware that any of your customers could be going through difficult times as they go about their day. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Sorry.
Had a cooked breakfast, and all 3 were cold, but coffee lovely also ordered brown toast and got white

Couldn't find what I wanted, so tried to leave the store. Nothing in my trolley, no bags but I still couldn't get out!!! A blue badge holder with mobility issues and I had to set off the alarms as the only way to get out. No more visits to Morrisons for me thanks
Love this shop in Dereham. A very good Gluten Free section which is why we go there.
Fed up of no staff on the checkouts during the evenings. I don't work for Morrisons, prefer to be served by a member of staff. Went in last week and the lady who was helping with the self service was about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard and rude to boot.OK she probably had a bad day, but no need to carry on with the bad attitude to customers who hadn't done anything wrong. Will go to tescos from now on in the evenings.
