Came to this store for some garden tools etc. I got what I wanted, at a very good price cheaper than other DIY stores I used one of the tools, when I got home, it did the job, with excellent results. This is a very large store, very spacious, very clean, plenty of stock and a great website. All the staff and customers, were very friendly and polite. Very good prices, plenty of free parking and a cafe. I always visit Roy's, when I'm in Norfolk, it's a great shopping experience. Recommended
I'd like to say thanks to the very hard working and kind lady who is running your cafe at Dereham this morning. I enjoyed the delicious hot chocolate she made me, as well as the lovely chat. Fantastic customer service!
Roys is a hidden gem.nnWhile most would think it's for the oldies. It is, and if you are willing to be patient while they bump into you or randomly stop in aisles then you could find some great stuff.nnThey have a great selection of garening and outdoor items at reasonable prices.nnThey have a lovely shoe section with some decent wellies.nnThere clothes section is absoulety for the oldies.nnAlso there is a cafe, I don't try it but didn't look appealing.
Very large shop, great things at reasonable prices. Lovely staff. Well done.
