Friendly staff & a positive attitude as I only went in to arrange a date for when the required work could be carried out to be told they could do it later the same day. 3 hours later the car was parked back on my drive with new rear shocks all done at a very fair price.

I have used French Connection for a several years now for all work on my family's cars - MOT'S, services and repairs. I have always received excellent service from a truely honest, reliable and reasonably price mechanic/garage Thanks Wayne. Over the years they have looked after various makes of car for me - Citroën and Peugeot, Mercedes and Vauxhall.
Meh! Wanted a quote to repair my Peugeot all going well till I informed the lady I already had the part then she starts moaning O' we don't fit customer supplied parts I could understand if I was supplying cheap eBay no brand name stuff when it's a new genuine peugeot part I don't see the problem. But we can quote you with us supplying the part why would I want that as already have the part. Well I know never to darken there door again, edit yeah nice helpful response there Wayne! You could have gained a new customer if you had helped me fit a little part to my car that after buying it I discovered would be 1000 times easier if I had a ramp. Try being helpful instead of chasing customer's away.
Top class service from a garage you can trust. Been using French Connection for several years for different makes of car and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My first visit, but will certainly use them again. Had booked in for diagnostics, which was completed in around 10 mins of my arrival. The whole problem was dealt with in less than 3 hours, of which an hour was waiting for the parts. Good, friendly and sensible. Thank you. Will certainly recommend
