Never have I had received such wonderful care and help as I have received with this dealership and their sales representative. Gareth, helped me when I saw the car I was wanting to purchase, and had it brought into their dealership in Carmarthen. Andrew was there to help me in the transaction so that everything went through smoothly. I am so thrilled with my car. Thank you all.
The experience I received after buying my Toyota Yaris has given me hope that I will continue to be treated as a valued customer. Brilliant service from start to finish by Andrew Farrand and the rest of the team. Both Andrew and the rest of the team made us feel comfortable and they were all exceptionally friendly. At no moment did they feel like a sleazy salesman you can get at some dealerships. Andrew was honest and genuine and loved to have a chat. Hope his new jet is going well. I've been a salesman myself in the past and expected some of the 'talk etc' but didn't experience any of this. The extras you get from Toyota are brilliant also. Ended up having 2 test drives which was not an issue, even with the 2nd being asked for on the spot. Would highly recommend purchasing from FRF Toyota in Carmarthen. If needed, and hopefully not, but hopefully their service and warranty department are just as great to deal with.
It was a big risk changing my car but I am loving my new car . It's a Yaris hybrid so better for my conscious and an automatic. I have never driven an automatic so was worried...but no need to be The car is easy to drive, a smooth ride and the fuel lasts longer and no need to worry about plugging. A win win I did have to wait some time to get her but worth the wait. James in Carmarthen was brilliant...go and see him....
Visited FRF Toyota in Carmarthen to buy a fairly new, used Toyota to get me back on the road following a bump in my old car. I feel that they really went the extra mile, not just to sell me a car but to sell me a car which worked for me. No hard sell, they just let the car do the talking and answered all my questions.
Really great customer service, delicious free coffee. Helped me get a table and chair to sit and work on my laptop whilst my car got serviced. Very happy customer.
Recently bought a new Aygo X at Carmarthen Toyota garage . I am really impressed with my car and the service at The garage. The salesman Patrick was such a lovely man , very helpful , friendly and professional , not pushy like a “ salesman”. My car was ready for pick up 2 days after I bought it. I have bought 4 Toyotas from this garage and my daughter has also bought from here. We have always had brilliant service . Would recommend to anyone .

Visited Toyota in order for my wife to part exchange her car for a new model. First rate service from the sales executive Patrick. Nothing was too much trouble for him to deal with, not that there were many issues. If there was one thing that wasn't quite what we expected was the length of time it took for Toyota to actually deliver the car from point of order. This was nothing to do with FRF Toyota, just a long leadtime from the factory. Patrick did keep us updated without chasing, we got regular phone calls from him advising changes and improvements to the delivery timeframe. I would wholeheartedly recomend FRF as a good place to purchase a vehicle from.
Very helpful and polite! Non pushy and told me what I needed to know! First car! Good selection! Great affordable prices!
