Not happy with this ats company sales policy of offering free tracking check.! My old tyres were evenly worn by the naked eye plus i had no issues of my car's driving..ie. steering wheel at centre when driving on a straight road plus no pulling. Anyway,I was advised by the mechanic that by the computer read out that the car's tracking needed correcting as was out slightly. Here comes in the fee £££ I then drive home only to see the steering wheel was out of centre when driving straight plus slight pull. I had to return twice to the garage for this to be sorted. The third mechanic finally got my car back to how it use to drive. I will say that the staff there do there best..but it was hassle i could have done without. Will i return to ats in the future for tyres....?. Whats the old saying... 'if it aint broke,dont fix it. Thats how i feel..

Good quick service, I had a tack in my tyre and they did a repair job nice and fast. No issues

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff right up to the manager. They know all about their products and they won't do things just to make money. Would highly recommend.
