We popped in to have a browse as my partner is considering a new guitar. Whilst we didn’t buy anything, I really appreciated the chilled nature of the staff. No one approached us with an air of trying to sell something, there was a simple hello from one of the staff and we were left to browse as we pleased. Whilst it was around 4pm, so late in the day for shopping, there were still a number of people in the shop. The atmosphere was really good with people playing guitars. The shop was clean and tidy, and has ample parking, though it feels very tight to drive down and get into. Just an FYI if you drive a larger car.
Good customer service always goes a long way. The guys here are naturally good at this. I only came in for jack cable and was treated like I was going to buy a fender? is that correct? I know nothing about guitars sorry Great job
Ordered a guitar through the website, pre-owned from the Birmingham store. Have to say I am really more than satisfied with the guitar and service. Guitar is stunning and just as described. The process from buying to delivery was first class also. Love my new guitar and love Guitar Guitar as a store both online and in person. Thanks people.
I had a problem with a guitar I'd bought off the website so I took it in to the shop to see what could be done. It was swapped with no quibbles. Great to have such a good shop with excellent staff not too far away.
I’ve been using GuitarGuitar in Birmingham for the last 15 years, so it’s about time I left a review! The moment I first walked through the doors as an aspiring guitarist at 13 years old, my eyes lit up in awe of the walls of guitars and gear. Now, at 28, I still get the same feeling every time I walk in. Mikey is an absolute treasure and we need a world full of people like him. After buying my first guitar at 13 years old, he fuelled me with inspiration. His love for guitar and music is like no other and his friendly and approachable personality is what makes this branch so highly regarded. Staff like Ryan, Tom and Dave always greet you with a warm smile when you first walk in. Ryan in particular over the years has always shared his extensive wealth of knowledge and helped assist me with various purchases. You never feel obliged to buy, always left to your own devices with help only a shout away. I’m devastated to be moving away soon, although I will always come home to Guitar Guitar whenever I’m in the market for a new guitar! Thank you all for your continued excellent and high quality services! There’s no place better than Guitar Guitar Birmingham!
Went to a Jared James Nichols guitar clinic. Easy enough to get to, parking was on Vicarage Rd . Staff were really helpful and friendly, event was well managed. Store has plenty of stock, well laid out and decent prices.
We use GuitarGuitar Birmingham as our go to store. The staff are friendly informative and cool. Between the staff they have a vast amount of knowledge which they are very happy to share. The shop has a large selection of Guitars and Amps on display.
This is a great store with a great selection of guitars. The staff were really helpful and I was offered help and advice.
Specifically ask for a non display guitar that was new unused. Got guitar but it had swirls on rear and no plastic on pick ups or any part which lead me to believe i was not sold what i asked for or was told was as requested. When emailed guitarguitar got no response. Paid 1100 and had to restrain myself from paying a personal visit to shop and doing something not good. Now im extremely cautious about buying anything from guitarguitar especially if you are having it delivered. I dont recommend this shop .
