Superb service from Trevor of Guildford Audio, who personally delivered and set up my turntable. As a used item, Trevor noticed that the turntable wasn’t quite perfect and that some of the ‘O’ rings needed replacing. A full set were ordered, free of charge and received by post a few days later! Thanks again Trevor. Highly recommended.

Both Trevor and Gavin know their stuff and it's always a pleasure doing business with them. Visiting their terrific listening room in Guildford always feels like a visit to see a couple of old friends. And they do have some fabulous esoteric gear for sale!

I have used Guildford Audio for my hifi purchases for over ten years and can honestly say that the service I have received from Trevor and Gavin has been second to none. They are both very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and never pushy about selling you their excellent range of high end audio equipment. They have readily assisted with any problem that has arisen and provided excellent, swift back up for the items they have sold me. Their service andsupport is the best I've ever received in over 40 years of buying gear for my musical pleasure. Highly recommended for the best in high end audio.
Trevor and Gavin have provided me with 5* star service and support through my transition back into the high end of the vinyl game. As vinyl aficionados know it is all about "marginal gains" and Trevor and Gavin know where to find them throughout the full vinyl reproduction chain. Highly Recommended!!
I have been a client for 12 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. To say that I feel "looked after" by Guildford Audio would be an understatement. They go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy with their system, and, when things go wrong they take care of it quickly. They deserve more than 5 stars!
