Its not my most local of shops, but its one of my favourites and always worth the extra effort to get there. If you’ve never been there, I can tell you that Andertons is a fantastic shop. Its stocked full of instruments of all types and for every budget. Inside, the shop is a boutique guitar gallery. Here is where you find their stock of stunning high end guitars, amazing amps and a variety of boutique pedals all available to try. There's no pressure to buy, and expert help and advice from staff are all really friendly and helpful. Personaly, I've bought guitars and amps from Paul who works in the gallery, and he's always been really helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.nnIn a nutshell- This is one of the best shops anywhere for your musical needs! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
This amazing shop is a 150 mile round trip from where will live and it is worth it in every way. The range of guitars, keyboards, drums, microphones is outstanding. It’s possible to be completely submerged in it all. It’s inspiring and brings out your budding Clapton or Slash. Very highly recommended and they even have an online shop. The staff are cool and knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to.
As a guitarist, this is the best music shop. The range is incredible and the people are knowledgeable and friendly. Even when run off their feet with a busy shop, they are always willing to give you the time and help you need. They make sure you go home happy whatever you’re spending.nI recently went in to buy two victory amps and a reverb pedal. I was there for about 4-5 hours and I had help all the way through from Joe, Will and Sam. Three great guys who know their stuff and made it a great day for me and my brother. Thank you!
Gotta say, been shopping with Andertons for years and I am never left feeling anything less than chuffed. The musicians that work in the store are always knowledgeable and happy to help with knowledge.nnI just commend Sen, who assisted me with setting up my pedal board. He was so helpful and he provided the final pieces in getting it all working properly right there in the shop floor.nnLoving my new toys, thanks Andertons!
Have visited 3 times now. Always had great service. I went in on a Saturday morning and it was heaving with customers! Though staff still took the time to bring a new guitar over from the warehouse and make sure I was happy with my choice. Perhaps visit during the week if you want a bit more time to test and browse in comfort.
