I recently purchased a Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H3 ANC In-Ear Headphones after thinking it was a good deal. I looked on amazon and it is £80 cheaper. The customer service is poor both in store and via the website. The store does not offer a solution even thought they themselves realise this is wrong. I am thoroughly disappointed. I have had much better experience dealing with Sony Centre and Apple stores. Its not so much the money but the customer experience and service. I haven't had any issues with B&O so far, but dread talking to their customer service department or going in-store again. I have been a customer with B&O for 3 years but now I am never buying B&O again.

The team in Guildford are all great! I went into the store to see what they do to replace my Sonos system, and I was amazed at what Bang and Olufsen offers. Much higher quality and staff are all knowledgable and knew exactly what I wanted and what they were talking about. I've now placed an order for sound system that will replace my Sonos in the house, and I can not wait! Thank you guys!

Bang & Olufsen of Guildford carried out an audio visual installation at our home in Camberley. It was a new build and as such required design and planning through to product installation and commissioning. The team at Guildford were brilliant and covered every aspect in a timely and friendly manner, nothing was too much trouble. The experience was so good that when I required my garage to have electricity supplied and lighting installed I requested a quote from their electrical team. The price was quite competitive so I went ahead with them. As hoped for, we received the same level of professionalism and care and the job was done at the time stated and without fuss. We are very happy. Thanks all involved.
