Just received a second hand lens from Guildford LCE - it was in superb condition better than the 4 star rating would have suggested and was a very competitive price. The shop's staff did an excellent job in dispatching the lens quickly and packaging it really well.
Fantastic experience, expert advice, no pushy salesmen. Trust their advice. Just let you make the final decisions on whether to purchase or not. Would highly recommend them.
Very helpful staff. Always friendly. One staff member in particular who appears to be the owner/manager is very patient and assists me very patiently with all the questions I have on all the camera bits.
I have always received fantastic service from Martyn Pearce, the Manager at LCE Guildford. All used equipment is thoroughly checked before sale, something that I can assure you does not happen with every branch of LCE. You can shop in confidence though at this branch.

Been waiting over a month for my lens which was sent in as we believe it was a cleaning issue but needed clarification. We've asked twice for an update and have had nothing. This is getting silly now.

The staff here are really, really lovely and very knowledgeable. I have been in frequently over the last several months and am always greeted with enthusiasm. As someone new to interchangeable lens cameras, the team are always really welcoming and helpful, and I never feel awkward asking questions. Fabulous store, highly recommend.
I booked my Canon EOS 4000D for a repair on the shutter flap but little did I know that they send the camera off to a separate repair company. Anyway, I've got my camera back in excellent condition! Very happy with the results and I'll definitely use the London Camera Exchange, Guildford again. Very knowledgeable staff, very helpful, the repair price was a bit competitive, but as long as my camera has been repaired then I am happy!!
These guys are all pros, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and patient with my silly questions. I trust them and they have saved my bacon on more than one occasion due to their fantastic stock and helpful repour. Keep up the good work team!
