Fantastic service. Fixed broken screens on both a pixel 4a & 4a 5G in one afternoon at more than half the cost of what Google was asking for. The phones are now like new. Big shout out to Matt as well. He couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend this store for screen replacement
Had a phone repaired and they were meant to put a seal on it so it is water resistant. However, we dropped the phone in shallow water and took it to another repairer who looked at it and said there was no seal on it all. Called iSmash in Guildford who said basically not their problem!.. they dont guarantee water resistance and so basically tough!
Very impressed with the iPhone battery replacement service. Great communication, reasonably priced, fast, efficient and friendly service. Well done you guys. Top job.

Had my genuine screen Broken by Thomas one of their technician during a camera repair and they supplied me an aftermarket that doesn’t work. Changed for the second timE and still doesn’t work. Very poor customer service carried by Thomas he blamed me for complain in front of the other customers! My phone now doesn’t work properly as the screen is aftermarket! Poor job I would not recommend . Hi, I still haven’t heard from the shop owner or manager. I am using my old phone as my newer phone is useless at the moment as I can’t type. Dropped off a Pixel 3a with water damage and screen dead. One and a half hours later I had a new screen and a fully working phone again. Excellent service from the team in Guildford. Will certainly use again

Super service, fixed screen and battery on old iPhone 7 with minimum of fuss. Matt at the Guildford store was extremely professional, clearly very proficient, and most efficient.
They replaced my phone screen in about an hour and now it works better that it did brand new. Very efficient.
