On just needing a charger for my Mac book for the afternoon - rather than spend £110 on a new charger, they kindly leant me one which I brought back the next day. Nice to be treated like a human rather than a cash machine. I'd go back on this basis!

They fitted a new battery for me as my phone was running out of charge quicker than usual. Great service, really fast replacement even for a Saturday and friendly service. Thank you

The staff members are bright, enthusiastic and eager to assist with any problem. Good knowledge of different apps. Fun and friendly while they fix your problems. Roulard is my favourite.
