Excellent service; knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. I had already spent hours researching my product. I was recommended this shop...I just wish I'd just spoken to Lieve from the start! She knew her wide range of products and I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivered next day at a specified time - arrived on the dot. Even took packaging away for me. Great advice, cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

My 8 yr-old washer/dryer broke down on Monday evening, we knew it was un-repairable. We left a message on Cats answer machine that night, they called first thing next morning and delivered a brand new machine at 11.30am that day. In just over 12 hours my old machine was gone and a new one all plumbed in! You can't get better service than that especially when it's only 3 days to Christmas. And they charged only a little bit more than the cheapest on-line retailer, who by the way, couldn't deliver until the New Year.
