Im really pleased to see our lfs doing well over here with a great selection of stock considering the prices for electricity etc. Its a credit to the owners keeping things going well. We had the pleasure of speaking with Deborah apologies if spelt incorrectly who was a lovely lady and showed us around all the tropical fish. She gave us excellent advice on how to get our tank set up and what fish would be best suited together. We came into the store absolutely clueless and unsure how to get started and left feeling confident and excited. Deborah was really good crack and we really enjoyed her company while learning about what the fishies need. We’ll be back soon and hope to get speaking with her again

My wife and I arrived about 16.25 and I picked up the credit note for £20 that my daughter had sent me as a Christmas gift. The two members of staff were very helpful and friendly. The shop was to shut at 17.00 but they weren't throwing us out, kept cool while they packaged my purchases. I'll certainly return.

Good service from knowledgeable staff, however I have purchased 15 fish so far and overall 4 of which are sick. I then lost one fish but the shop offered to give me a replacement. I will not fault the shop too much as the disease is treatable and very common. Overall I would recommend grosvenor tropical aslong as you quarantine your purchased fish.

That was an AMAZING place. I loved taking photos and videos of the fish & reptiles. Definitely go here if looking for a fish or a reptile. There was soooooo many unusual and rare fish. There was a small dragon fish, a wall slithering creature, stingrays, turtles, shrimps & hermit crabs. There was also corals, definitely worth a visit. ; I liked the albino burmese python here. I loved the reptiles and fish, the tanks were also pretty.

I absolutely love this place. Fantastic range of fish and reasonable prices. Best fish shop in NI in my opinion

Hands down the best selection of rare, common, small and large corals in Northern Ireland. Of all the corals I dipped I never found any pests either. We've ordered multiple tanks over a few years and always had first class service when doing so. Worth the drive if you aren't local!

I haven't been in for quite a while  as I live a bit away. I had forgotten just how good this place is. Spotlessly clean tanks, a great range of fish ,very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant staff.  I will be visiting more often never mind the drive.
